Description

This is a rare first class Patrol leader hat pin from the Boy Scout Organization. It is made of goldtone metal and features a Fleur-di-lis with a shield and an eagle and says "Always Be Prepared" in a banner along the bottom The shield has 13 stars and 7 stripes and there are two stars under the wings of the eagle. The back is marked "Pat 1911 B.S. of A." and has a vertical safety pin clasp with side entry. It measures just under 1 1/2" tall.
